How we use information
We use data to provide and operate the Service, troubleshoot issues, improve features, and provide user support. We also use analytics to understand usage trends.
Avatar Persistence & Backfill
We may fetch provider-supplied profile images server-side and store them under /uploads to reduce client requests and provider rate limiting. Images are validated for content type and size before storing. We may run backfill procedures to persist existing external URLs; failed attempts may result in clearing the external URL.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us to submit requests; we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as necessary to provide the Service or to meet legal obligations. When you request deletion, we will remove your data from active systems in line with our policies.
